Have you ever noticed that when everything seems the most bleak is just when God comes through? Some have speculated that it is God testing our faith, others (like me) believe that it is simply a matter of timing. Our sense of urgency is not equal to what God is doing behind the scenes. But one thing is certain, He may not be on our time, but he is always on time.
"Dear Lord, thank you for the reassurance that you are always with us, always concerned about us and always on our side. Thank you for all that you have done on my behalf. Especially the things I cannot see. Help me to know with all that I am, that you constantly hear my prayers, that you are working on my behalf to answer my prayers, and to have patience when things are getting tough. Help me to praise you for the things seen and unseen, to understand that while you may not be on my time table, you are always on time. It is in the name of your son I pray and believe. Amen"
