God is always on time.

We never know how or when God will bless us, it is so difficult to see God at work in our lives when we are consumed by stress and pressures of our day. But one thing I keep remembering is something someone told me once. "God is not on my time but He is always on time."

Dear Father, as the stress of this life consume me, as the pressure to be a good parent, good employee, good citizen and good Christian over come me at times, I wonder where you are. I know you are there, I believe in you and in your ability and willingness to be there for me. Help me to know you today. To not wait for the "sign" of your presence or your voice but to seek you in everything I do. Help me to listen, to know and to act as you would have me to act.

Too often i worry about what tomorrow will bring, and I read in your word that I should not worry about tomorrow, give me the wisdom and strength to do just that. To trust and obey, to have confidence and faith, to act as I believe.

I know you love me, I know you only want the best for me, I know that it is your will that I flourish and live the life of a blessed one. Help me to do so, to feel your presence today and to help all those with whom I come in contact feel you and see you through me. While the issues I face are big in my eyes, they are small in yours, yet you care just the same. I do not need to know what you are doing for me, I just need to believe it is being done. Help my unbelief. Help my fear of trust, help my wanting not to forgive, help my desire to handle all my problems myself. Allow me the strength to trust in you.
In the blessed name of Christ I pray.
Amen.
