Only you know

"Only you know oh God your plan, only you know the desires of our heart, only you know the path you have laid before us. As I try and discern your path for me, let me be open to hearing you speak, to listening for your voice and feel your breath. Let me trust in you and know you. As you have laid out the opportunities before me, not all will turn out as I desire, but you will know the true way, only you will know what is best for me. Help me to trust in you more than I trust in myself. Help me to trust in your ability to know, to love and to guide me. Allow me the strength to endure in the face of my enemies, in the trials of this life help me to overcome. Help me to understand what I don't understand, to to accept the  things I cannot understand. Love me oh God, and help me to love others as you love me. Amen"
