Difficult TImes

Dear Father, sometimes the pressure of life is overwhelming and I find myself at the end of my rope, not knowing where to turn or where to go. Help me to know what I am to do. Protect me from those who are trying to harm me, help me battle my enemies and to strive to overcome those whose desire is to cause harm. As I face uncertain times, let me have the assurance that your love is sufficient and that you will lead me through the still waters. To know that in you and with you all things are possible. I know others have it far more difficult than I, yet this brings me little comfort. Help me to lift them up before you, to know that you are the one who provides what we need and when we need it. Allow me to serve others, and to help them through their rough times. 

I pray this in your name knowing that what ever I believe will happen. Amen"
